Dr. Paul Harris
Dentist
Dr. Paul Harris is originally from Pratt, KS. He grew up working on the family farm, where they grew dryland crops. He received his BS from Kansas State University and DDS from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
Dr. Paul enjoys serving his patients with all aspects of dentistry with particular emphasis on cosmetic procedures. He brings family-oriented values to the dental office and seeks to invite all patients into the Wamego Dental Center family.
Outside the office, Dr. Paul enjoys trail and ultra-distance running, cycling, and hiking. He is married to Dr. Andrea Harris, and they have three children named Peter, Lucy, and Thomas.
Dr. Andrea Harris
Office Manager
Dr. Andrea Harris is originally from Independence, MO. She received her BS from the University of Missouri in Columbia and DDS from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
Dr. Andrea works as the office administrator and financial coordinator. Both Drs. Paul and Andrea believe in building long-term relationships with their patients to provide them with the best service and most comprehensive dental care possible. By taking the time to get to know each patient, they are better able to understand their concerns and goals for not only their oral health but also their overall health and well-being.
When she's not at the office, Andrea enjoys spending time with her four children, being a parishioner at St. Bernard Catholic Church, and attending community events in Wamego. She also stays active swimming and loves trying new recipes.
Dr. Nathan Siple
Dentist
Dr. Nathan Siple was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. He completed his undergraduate degree at Newman University before receiving his Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. He specializes in patient-centered care and prides himself on treating each patient like they’re family. Dr. Siple is passionate about performing pain free dentistry, prioritizing patient comfort. He and his family fell in love with Wamego the first time they visited.
Dr. Siple loves spending quality time with his wife, Jaime, and their young kiddos. He is an active part of the community and enjoys playing guitar, riding his motorcycle, and serving in his church.
Anna
Registered Dental Hygienist
Anna grew up in the Sabetha, KS area. She attended Manhattan Area Technical College graduating in 2017. She holds certifications for Nitrous Oxide Sedation, Local Anesthesia and BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR & AED.
Anna started with us in June 2022, she strives to create trusting relationships with patients while giving them comprehensive education and instruction on how to achieve their most optimal oral health.
When not in the office you can find Anna spending time with friends & family, hiking with her dog and playing tennis.
Rae
Registered Dental Hygienist
Rae attended Manhattan Area Technical College and is certified in Nitrous Oxide Sedation as well as Local Anesthetic. She is also certified in Basic Life Support/CPR/AED.
She has been with us since 2014 and loves interacting with new people. She is committed to helping patients achieve optimum oral health. She is proud to be able to provide dental care to her hometown community.
When she's not spending time with us, she spends time with her family, enjoys camping/fishing, and gardening.
Laura
Registered Dental Hygienist
As a child Laura loved going to the dentist in Wamego and from as early as kindergarten she proclaimed she wanted to be a dentist.
Laura grew up in Onaga, graduated from Emporia State with a degree in Biology and minor in Chemistry. While working for dentist thru college, she fell in love with hygiene.
After getting married, they moved to central Missouri where she attended Ozarks Technical Community College and graduated in 2006 with associated degree in Dental Hygiene with honors.
When she is not a dental hygienist, she is running their camper business, traveling, golfing, or attending sport events, dance competitions, and activities of their two children.
Jeannette
Dental Assistant
Jeannette is originally from Frankfort, and she studied at Kansas City College of Medical and Dental Assistants. Jeannette is a familiar face for our patients as she's been with the practice for 26 years. Her passion is educating her patients about their oral health and helping patients overcome theirs fears about dentistry.
When she's not caring for patients, Jeannette enjoys spending time with her kids, family, and friends.
Dena
Dental Assistant
Originally from Marceline, MO, Dena has been a dental assistant for 39 years. She enjoys getting to know her patients and building relationships, and she greets each patient with a warm and welcoming smile so they feel comfortable and at ease during dental procedures.
Outside of work, Dena loves spending time with her family and friends and traveling with her husband Guy.
Tammy
Dental Assistant
Originally from Mena, Arkansas, Tammy has been a Dental Assistant for 42 years. She especially enjoys being able to get to know patients and making them feel comfortable during their appointment.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing Cornhole and ping pong with her husband, Bob and playing with her special little dog, Layla.
Chelsea
Financial/Insurance Coordinator
Chelsea grew up on a farm in central Kansas and moved to Manhattan 13 years ago to attend Kansas State University. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology but after a few years she realized that she wanted to pursue a career in Health Information Management (HIM). She graduated with an Associate’s Degree in HIM from Hutchinson Community College. This has allowed her to experience different health entities and how she ended up in dentistry.
If she’s not working, she is with her 2 kiddos and husband or going out to eat at all the local restaurants. She also enjoys reading, staying active, and being outside as much as possible.
We always feel that our care and best interests are taken care of. The staff are not only friendly and helpful but also most professional and knowledgeable. We thank you for the respect that you show us when we come in for our visits.
